With the end of the year approaching at a relatively fast pace, it is nearly the time that I should bring this project to a close. So a strong method of bringing this project to a close is by doing a self reflection upon what I've been doing up until now. What I plan to do is to share my thoughts on this long-endured project and leave some evidence on how I'm making an impact. I plan to do this by making a smoothie that is both good for health and wellness, and also fights off the awful sicknesses that afflict most of us every year. I'll show the process, and then the final product to inform people that there is another alternative to medicine, and involves maybe some of their favorite foods.

A group of individuals in Ann Arbor decided to make their toilet system in the schools into fertilizer. They had planned to use this through their school's garden. This system of fertilization converts waste matter into fertilizer for the school's garden that cuts back on payments for that garden. I believe that this was successful due to the fact that the students enjoyed studying it, thus making them more engaged in the learning process. If the students appeared more engaged in the learning processes, then that would lead to more creativeness and successful outcomes.
What Cloud explains in this article is that genius is something that comes from hard work and dedication. What I believe the author tells us is that genius is indeed learned through education. The geniuses that have lived among us have all attended some of the best Universities in the world. They had to have worked very hard in school and had amazing stellar grades. They were some of the best thinkers and innovators that the world has seen, and it all came from hard work and dedication to reach there. So with that I would believe that genius is not necessarily born, but it comes from working hard. Both academically and in the real world.
What I had learned from Mr.Cowen's presentation is that there can be a lot of work that goes into a presentation. The word choices were clear during the presentation. There was also an elaborate explaination into what you can do with the 3D printer and what can be made using the 3D printer. Everything seemed like it was professionally done, but in an informal way. There was no script involved in the making of the presentation. What I would take from this to make my video presentation is that I would have the same plan. Do as much research on my project as I can. Learn about medicine's effects on the body and also what different kinds of medicines there are. Also decide on what words I will use while presenting the information to others. The touchcast application may also be able to do me some good when showing what I've been studying. Many of us would consider ourselves a smart individual. True genius isn’t even about being smart in many ways. It’s not really about how fast we come up with an answer for problem solving, but more so of how many ways we could answer the question originally. Albert Einstein once gave his opinion on genius and said that the average intelligence would go into a haystack and look for a needle to find, just one. Albert Einstein said he would look for all of the possible needles in a haystack. The way I would use this in my own project is think about how many different ways I can approach a certain task or problem, not about figuring out only one way to accomplish the task or problem at hand. I have read through the article and found certain information on failing in a genius hour project. It stated how myself and many others can learn from their mistakes while accomplishing their projects. The article also gave some insight on different options on how to alter the plan for how to work differently to avoid the same mistake. It may involve changing objectives slightly, or changing it all together and trying something that was new. I’m hopeful that I can successfully make my own natural sickness remedy using the tips on failing if criteria is not met the first time around.
For the project that I am intending to do during this time is something that involves making a creation of medicine. I would love to create a remedy for some common ailment or illness. I've always wanted to know how medicine works and what elements go into some common "over the counter medicines". My goal would be to craft my own natural medicine for colds, stomach aches, and any other common ailments that can afflict just about anyone. It may involve the use of fruits, vegetables, herbs, or any healthy food that may taste good, and feel good once it is consumed. I would hope the effects of the medicine would do great deeds to many who are afflicted with the common cold or stomach aches, or any other form of common ailments. Also make them feel like themselves again, I would also hope for it to become a store shelf item if I get that far.
